If you have suffered an injury or been involved in an accident due to the fault of others you may be entitled to take a case for compensation for your pain and suffering, cost of repairs, loss of earnings and nay other losses attributable to the injury or accident.

We will guide you through the claim process form the initial application to PIAB [The Personal Injuries Board] through to the Courts, where necessary.

If you are involved in a traffic accident in which there are no obvious injuries at the time, it is general policy by the Gardaí is to let the drivers sort it out for themselves. However, you should always report the incident to your local Garda Station. In cases of serious injury an ambulance, fire brigade and Gardaí will attend the scene and statements taken.

Make sure that you get the following information before you leave the scene:

1. Get Registration Numbers
2. Get Insurance Details which you can read from the disc on the windscreen.
3. Take photos, if possible
4. Report Accident to Garda Station

DO NOT after a road accident admit liability
DO NOT leave the scene of the accident
